United Learning Services will conduct focus groups and 1:1 interviews to ascertain individual
understandings on DEI+B, where individuals are on their own DEI+B journey, existing challenges, and the
needs to properly evolve company culture. By collecting and analyzing the data provided, we can best
determine culture themes and identify issues and concerns. With noted themes and trends, United Learning
Services will recommend specific training and workshops that addresses opportunities, increase learning,
and help close knowledge and behavior gaps.
Once recommendations are made, United Learning Services will engage the participants to deepen
understanding of key DEI+B principles via training, interactive workshops and bold conversation. Each will be scoped with learning objectives. Additional learning resources will be provided to enable
participants to put learnings into practice. This may include digital microlearning and/or guided sessions
by leadership or United Learning Services.
People, even leaders, don’t know what they don’t know. So, we hold discussions with them to work through
concerns, questions, or experiences related to DEI+B. This partnership includes being a sounding board and
accountability partner as our consultants provide expertise, thought leadership, and instructional
strategies to create better teams and experiences for all.
